As we all do our part to fight COVID-19, the team at Primacare Physical Therapy is implementing innovative solutions to best care for our patients, staff, and families during these uncertain times.
For the patients that would prefer to visit or have an existing appointment at one of our physical locations, Primacare Physical Therapy clinics are staying OPEN. Of course, we will always comply with applicable federal, state and local guidelines. Our physicians and clinical team are committed to doing our best to leave locations open around the Atlanta metro to take care of our patients, and your urgent and emergent needs.
For the patients that are self-quarantined or prefer to stay at home, we are now offering Telehealth services. You can now call our Patient Center to set up a secure video appointment with one of our providers from the comfort of your own home.
Our physical therapists will strive to provide the same level of customized and compassionate care that you would receive in our clinics. If you have a question about whether your symptoms require an in-person visit, please contact one of our Patient Coordinators for more information.
Please be assured that we are constantly monitoring COVID-19 updates to ensure we are following CDC guidelines and doing our part to help with containment efforts - for our patients and for the community at large. These measures include but are not limited to sanitizing surface areas after every patient visit, screening every patient and staff member for high temperatures and other COVID-related symptoms and limiting the number of visitors in our office at a given time.
